Hey people

Welcome to my new blog. This here blog I started mostly as something fun to just pour out my heart about things I like and dislike... Mostly about things I dislike. I'm a woman, proud nerd, a comic artist and illustrator (yes, published) and I live in Sweden.

Now, I write in English because I like letting people everywhere understand what I write. It's more fun that way.

How did this silly little blog come to be? Well, my friends and I went into town today to go shopping and then go to a party for comic artists and publishers, and while we were going there we were talking about this REALLY ugly billboard with this unappealing looking model on it. She were modelling underwear and not only was she so flat she could have been a boy but she had horrible shapes as well. Or rather... she had no shapes at all.

Her shoulders were too wide for her hips, or at least the way they photographed her made them look that way, and looking away from the unappealing underwear (seriously, I enjoy seeing some tasty women with barely any clothes on as much as any guy (yep, I'm a girl)) but the underwear looked uncomfortable and the way they had put on the make up on the girl made it look like she'd been crying or been having a sneezing fit that'd made her eyes water. She had reddish eyeballs as if she had allergies and (pointed out by one of my friends) her nose had this strange shadow on it that made one of her nostrils look as if it was triple the size of the other nostril.

Anyway... ranting... Yeah, after discussing her (and the fact that she's on every fucking billboard and magazine EVERYWHERE) they jokingly said I should make a blog and review comics I dislike and books and stuff like the billboard girl to get it off my chest and be more positive around them (haha, no, never going to happen XD). So here we are, hopefully my spelling and grammar will be better after I get used to writing again.
